The display board could not set up the relay control board, which is what F019 reports. It is listed for Kenmore 790-series freestanding ranges and for Elite electric slide-in models 790.4131, 790.4255 and 790.5256.
How to work through it
Reset first by cutting power for 30 seconds and restoring it. If the error returns, power is cut again and a technician checks the harness running between the user interface control board and the relay control board, reconnecting loose wires or replacing a damaged harness.
Had either board been replaced just before the code showed, a wrong part is possible; the part number should match your model number. Otherwise the manual replaces the user interface control board and, if that does not end the problem, the relay control board. On the slide-in, the interface board is called the oven user interface control board.
