Sequence from the manual

  1. Unplug the oven.
  2. Tighten up loose connections in the harness between the door lock assembly and the electronic control board, and replace a damaged harness.
  3. If the wiring looks fine, a technician tests the door lock switch by measuring resistance with the arm pushed in and again with it extended: near 0 ohms and OL are the good readings.
  4. Identical readings in both positions mean the door lock assembly is replaced.
  5. With a good switch, the lock motor is checked next; infinite resistance there also calls for a new door lock assembly.
