A Kenmore range with F090 has a door lock fault: the relay control board is not seeing the door lock motor run. Listed for Kenmore Elite electric slide-in ranges (790.5256, 790.4255 and 790.4131) and, separately, the Kenmore 790 freestanding range line.
Steps in the manual’s order
Take power off for 30 seconds and put it back. Then ask the oven to lock the door again using Oven Lockout or a Clean Cycle. If the motor stays idle, disconnect power once more and look at the wiring between the door lock assembly and the relay control board, reconnecting loose wires or replacing a harness that is damaged. Good wiring points to the door lock assembly as the part to replace; if F090 carries on, the relay control board is next.
