  1. Cut power to the range, wait 30 seconds, then switch it back on.
  2. Run the lockout feature or a clean cycle to see whether the door now locks.
  3. If the door stays shut, press cancel to unlock it.
  4. Should the lock motor stay silent, cut power again and examine the harness connections linking the door lock assembly to the oven control board. Re-seat loose wires and replace a damaged harness.
  5. With good wiring, the manual replaces the door lock assembly, and finally the relay control board if the fault persists.
