Scheduling overview
Cancel or reschedule with notice
Appointment windows are reserved for your address and appliance. Giving us notice when you need to cancel or move a visit helps us serve other homeowners and keep schedules accurate.
-
How to cancel or reschedule
Contact us by phone or through the contact page as soon as you know you cannot keep the appointment. Include your name, address or ZIP, and the scheduled window so we can update the route.
-
Notice we ask for
Please give at least 24 hours’ notice when possible. Same-day cancellations may limit our ability to fill the slot and, in some cases, may result in a trip or scheduling fee if a technician is already en route.
-
Missed appointments
If nobody is available at the service address during the confirmed window and we cannot reach you, the visit may be marked as a missed appointment. A new booking may be required, and a trip fee may apply.
-
If we must cancel
If weather, traffic, parts delays, or an emergency prevents us from keeping your window, we will contact you as soon as we can and offer the next available appointment at no extra scheduling charge for the change.
-
After work is approved
Canceling after parts have been ordered may involve supplier return limits. See our Return and Refund policies for how unused parts and payments are handled.
