Return Policy
How returns work for OEM Kenmore parts ordered for an approved repair — including unused parts, installed parts, and supplier limits.
- OEM parts only
- Approved before ordering
- Supplier rules may apply
- Ask before shipping anything back
Returns overview
Parts returns explained clearly
We install original manufacturer parts for approved repairs. Returns are limited because parts are model-specific and often ordered only after you say yes.
-
Parts we use
We use original manufacturer parts matched to your Kenmore model. Aftermarket substitutes are not part of our standard repair process.
-
Unused parts
If an unused part remains in original packaging and the supplier accepts a return, we may arrange a return credit. Restocking fees or shipping costs may apply and will be disclosed before you decide.
-
Installed or used parts
Parts that have been installed, opened, damaged, or electrically tested on the appliance are generally not returnable. Warranty coverage for defective parts, where offered, follows the supplier’s terms.
-
Time limits
Return windows are often short and set by the parts supplier. Contact us promptly if you believe a return is needed so we can check eligibility while the window is open.
-
How to start a return
Do not ship a part back without talking to us first. Contact us with the part description, invoice, and reason. We will confirm whether a return is possible and what to do next.
