Refund overview
When refunds may apply
We charge for diagnosis and approved repair work. This policy explains how payments are handled and when a refund or credit may be considered.
-
What you pay for
A diagnostic visit identifies the fault and produces a written estimate. Repair charges apply only after you approve the estimate. Parts are confirmed with you before ordering or installation.
-
Diagnostic fees
If a diagnostic fee applies, it covers the on-site inspection and estimate. That fee is generally non-refundable once the visit is completed, even if you decline the repair.
-
When a refund may be issued
We may refund or credit charges in limited cases — for example, a duplicate payment, a billing error, or work that was charged but not performed. Each request is reviewed with your invoice and service notes.
-
Parts already ordered
Original parts ordered after your approval may be non-refundable once purchased from the supplier. If a part can be returned unused, we will discuss any restocking or shipping costs before processing a credit.
-
How to request a refund
Contact us with your name, service date, invoice or booking reference, and the reason for the request. We typically respond within a few business days.
